Local transport

Reykjavik has a relatively good public transport system via bus http://www.straeto.is/english/maps Taxis are relable but to some, at least, expensive

The large majority of events of the DAYS take place in and close to the city centre within walking distance. If your accommodation is in the centre you should be able to travel between most events on foot.
