  • Cerebellum, or Hnykill in Icelandic, is the name of a performance theater piece directed by Margret Vilhjálmsdóttur. Here is a powerful and entertaining Site Specific theater that leads the viewer on a journey of different sensations of the brain and into the unknown ways of the subconscious. The exhibition was shown at the North Pole, which is an old warehouse.

  • Various artists where brought  together to create this performance/ exhibition, directed by Margret Vilhjálmsdóttir who is an artistic director along with Katrin Þorvaldsdóttir and Ríkey Kristjánsdóttir. 
  • The viewer goes alone on a trip through a labyrinth of  installations where he meets characters that tell the viewer a remarkable stories of nostalgia, heartache, regret and joy. The performance gives the audience an opportunity to see, smell, hear and feel different sensations of the brain and its mysteries. The audience are led into the subconscious where the difference between dream and reality is not always clear.
